Ok, apologies for spamming the f-list and if you don't live in the UK this probalby isn't going to be any useful. But I have to get it out coz it's already ruining my otherwise fantastic evening. Anyway, the suggestion is that

NEVER, EVER USE PARCEL FORCE~!

Hihi ^^ sorry for randomly poking. But god, AVOID PARCEL FORCE whenever you can! Your problem is definitely not an isolated one, me, my sister and my friends have all been through similar things with them >:( Plus, if you order anything of high value, there's a higher chance of ParcelForce opening your package and then charging you according to the import customs law - anything over £18, even if it's a gift or purchase over the internet, can be subjected to import tax + VAT. And ParcelForce charges an extra fee for the procedure of OPENING YOUR PARCEL AND RESEALING IT. That cost me £10 extra a few years ago!!! With Royal Mail, if you could choose (which means normal airmail not EMS), you're much safer.

Hi~~~ thanks for the info, I managed to chase them down (by googling their office phone number) and finally got my hyoteimyu in winter DVDs *smirks*. It's FANTASTIC to know a PoT fan in London (and maybe a tenimyu fan as well? :D)! I know there must be some. We should definitely do some fangirling together, lol.

My sis didn't get her package, called them and they insisted they visited twice and dropped a card both times. But there was no card! The 3rd time she watched the guy just ring the door bell, wait 10 sec and leave right away, without a card again. She had to chase him down!

I know at least 2 other Pot fans in London XD have only recently been watching backstages together!

Can't believe how horrible they are. It takes the same amount of time for parcels to get to the UK from Japan by ems and by air mail anyway...so why spend more money on worse service :$

Cool cool next time you guys watching something I'm in~~~like the idol dvds or DL3 XD. I do have friends who watch PoT and tenimyu but they're not very into it *shrugs*. I'm fairly new into the fandom so don't know that many people online yet but will catch up :p
