Ok.. Where I live you have to give 20 days notice to the landlord that you are moving.. so if you let them know by June 1st.. you are giving plenty of notice.. Option 2 would probably be the easiest money wise. Most places do not prorate the rent on a move out.. so if you are there for 13 days you pay for the whole month.. and they are not to rent it out till the 1st of the next month unless you make a deal. I would do this

Also, keep in mind that if you do move out before the 30th, we can quasi-move-in on July 7th. Which means, you'd only have to live with my parents and I for a week. (God help you) It wont be too bad. Hmm.. OK I call you now.
