On my second chocolate bar of the morning, and if I drink any more coffee my eyes will explode like a German bishop.

Did I mention that I don't think working here is entirely healthy?

I don't think work is healthy full stop. There is a biscuit tin in my office which is passed round half-hourly and four o'clock is food o'clock, meaning that everyone goes and gets coffee and chocolate bars.
