I totally forgot to mention the near disaster I had last week. I almost burned down my kitchen. Yes, folks. I had me a FIRE. Pretty much it was me being really dumb and forgetful. Wanted to cook French fries so instead of baking them like I always do, I decided, I will fry them. Heated the oil in a stainless steel pain and left it there. Got ( Read more... )
