my insides are falling out, i feel like im dying...

Is it a tumor, could be stress, could be hormones, could even be cancer.... or could be nothing.

whats wrong with me? why can't anyone tell me?

Im so tired all the time, the pain won't stop... i just feel like im turning inside out
