I like nostalgia; I often take pleasure from reminiscing. As for change, without it, wouldn't the world be unspeakably dull?

-Nostalgia is really a wonderful experience if you see it from the right perspective. Only with nostalgia can you look at the past and have hope for the future. It is through this deep admiration for things that have happened can we look into the future and begin to plan what we would like our future to look like. Nostalgia gives us direction, it gives us something to strive for.

As for change, it is essential. Change is an specie's mechanism for survival. Change is the essence of adaptation which ultimately helps us succeed and become happy. Even if this change causes hardship it is usually for the better. Bad change can spawn good change eventually. (Eg. If someone close to you dies, then when you overcome this obstacle, you'll only be a stronger person.)

-Why're you feeling down?
