Well, no bellydance show for me tomorrow. My teacher called and said we're not going. It's not supposed to stop snowing until tomorrow night so what's the point. winter sucks. It's fun for a little while, but the novelty wears off real quick.

You want to know what winter is like honey come live in Canada during the winter months. This place is a deep freeze from late October till mid March, sometimes getting snow in July or August (I'm not joking its happened) I remembered it snowed pretty badly one year and it was 32 below outside with a wind chill factor that any exposed skin would get you frost bite after 5 mins and they still didn’t cancel school. The one thing I like about the part of Canada where I live is that we get Chinooks, and it warms everything up for a bit but it doesn’t last more then a day which sucks. Oh well. Just think lots of time for hot chocolate and a good book;)

Oh believe me, I've been to Canada in winter and I don't envy you at all. It hurt to be outside. My grandmother was from Nova Scotia. It does get rather cold here too though. And I just can't stand the cold at all. I'd rather hide under the covers all winter and not leave the house until May.

Hot chocolate sounds like a good idea. I think I'll go make some. :o)
