I am making a mix cd for my hubby for Valentine's (which we are celebrating tomorrow night). He mentioned a song that he heard on the radio that reminded him of me/us. He didn't know the name, but he was trying to remember some of the lyrics. Something about "crinkle my nose" and "from my head to my knees." (Or was it "head to toes?) Do these ( Read more... )

I thought it was cute, too, when I listened to it today. I'm frankly surprised he didn't say the song "Bitch" by Meredith Brooks reminded him of me as stressed as I've been lately. But, yeah, he's a sweetie.

I think she was actually a myspace discovery. Bubbly got a bunch of hits on myspace, then she garnered attention elsewhere and iTunes had her as a free download for awhile. Last I checked she still hadn't signed with a label even though the song is huge.
