So we all complain a lot, but let's try something different, because I'm that bored....well, if you're that bored too anyway.

What's your favorite thing about home?

And what's your favorite thing about here?

So the first two for the first and the third for the second?

No. All of those were about home.

Here? That no one thinks it's too funny I get lost so much.

I thought maybe--

I think it's normal for anyone to get lost here, even if it does seem like a lot, when you compare. Is it still that bad?

HOME | My brother. He's there and not here so I guess that counts.
HERE | No one knows who I am. I mean, my friends do and Gossip Girl likes to make it a point of mentioning me but it's nowhere near the scale it is back home. I can walk around outside without worrying about who's taking a camera phone picture to send in as a tip. So, yeah. I like that the name Serena van der Woodsen doesn't mean anything here.

What about you?

What's his name?

So you prefer being another face in the crowd. I guess it's not that uncommon.

At home I feel like I have a grasp on things, or at least sort of...

Things are simpler at home. Because I don't know as much--- because she leaves before---

But I like the time this place gives me with people, getting to know them better or just spending more of it with them.

Eric.

No. I don't -

I don't want to be irrelevant but at the same time, I wish I could go unnoticed. It doesn't really make any sense.

Normality.

Relaxation.

What qualifies as 'normality' for you?

You find this place relaxing? Seriously?

What is this? An intensive investigative questioner now? Normality means my dog, my spastic roommate, work, booze, ignoring my Dad, and partying.

Exhilerating.

And yeah, it can be pretty relaxing. Especially if you haven't been cursed in over month.

Well, normal is relative you know.

You have an impressive track record then, but I think you just jinxed yourself.

24/7 7-11's. Definitely. There's nothing better than the stench of old hot dogs and hookers in the early morning.

Barring that, my father, and that serves both answers.

Hookers?!

filmzbyzach June 4 2009, 06:33:39 UTC
Do hot dogs and hookers really make for a good combination?

Uhhh don't feel obligated to answer that if the answer is more awkward than the question.

Your dad is here?

My favorite thing about home ... I guess I'd say my friends, but they're here, too, huh?

Here, I'd say it's being able to make my own choices. I feel like I'm getting that first taste of freedom.

It's good to have friends, here or anywhere. How new are you?

Make your own choices? Such as?

I arrived last Saturday.

Where I'll work, what I'll do-a lot of the same pressures to be ... someone aren't here. I know the curses are crazy, but it's nice.

Very new. How are things so far for you?

I'm Zach, by the way.

Those are choices that would make bearing the curses worth it, I guess.
