Searing Pain

Dec 27, 2005 17:44

Oh my god. So, I haven't posted about this story yet because it keeps getting more interesting. Right now, everything is good - about a week ago, I thought I was going to lose my mind.

Read about why you never, ever should shop at Sears. )

sears, washer, dryer

YAY! :)

(And the scary part is, I'm not even being sarcastic when I use all caps.)

Wow. I would have to really *TRY* and give worse customer service.

Laundry's awesome. Wanna do mine?

That sounds awful, but at least it was funny to read. Thanks for all the Lebowski references. Did you know moonwick saw that movie for the first time this month? WTFF?

Maybe you should've bought the extended warranty...

That sucks... sucks a lot, in fact.

I, too, have had frustrating experiences with Sears' appliance folks. Nothing, I say NOTHING like your tale of woe, but in kindred spirit to be sure.

My story is summed up by: They hired the most bumfucky idiots to deliver my new kenmores, they broke the dryer just trying to move it into the space, and they didn't hook up the drver venting for unknown reasons.

However, when all was said and done I got a nice set of Kenmore washer/dryer appliances that have been working fine. Maybe I got the lucky "working" set.
