Took a bunch for when I acquire myself some more icon space for this journal! Your icons are my favourites, always, they're so beautiful and the colouring on them is amazing. Which... sounds weird, but. Idk, Megs always seems more blue in your icons.

I took a whoooole bunck! And if you are blue-colorblind, what does "blue" look like to you? I had a teacher who was colorblind to pink, but not red, He said it basically looked white to him, and purple only looked blue.

It's hard to describe... but I can SEE Blue, I know it's a different color than the others. My problem is SHADES of blue. You can show me a gradient of blues, and it actually takes me a good long stare to tell it's even a gradient.

When coloring pictures in Photoshop/Sai, I can tell the difference between lighter/darker shades of EVERY color on the wheel but blue. I know the general idea of where the shades I want are, but other than that, it's a lot of guessing.

I think it boils down to shades of blue being more obvious to everyone else. I'm sure my icons of Megamind himself look much more vibrant to others than they do to me, for example. I know when I'm making them, I see them one-at-a-time, so they all look normal... and then I slap them all in this table for these posts, and I see how different some of them look. XD;; It's like "Oh... oops? I hope that's right?"

Although I admit, staring at Megamind for the last few months has made it much easier for me to "see" blue. I guess my brain/eyes are processing it better now? o.O

That's so cool! I took Cognitive Psychology and also there's a very good book series by Spider Robinson called Stardance (I think) where it was explained how sometimes your brain can be retrained to process things in extraordinary ways.

For example, if you constantly wear glasses that reverse what you see, (either mirror image or even UPSIDE DOWN) you brain will only take a couple of weeks to adjust its processing so the world looks 'normal' again! It's freaking awesome! Then if you take them off, it again takes only a few weeks to go back to normal. So you may very well be reprogramming your brain, due to our beloved new hero!

Oh, hey! That opens up some REEEEALLLY COOL ideas for fanfics, with Megamind learning to use that glorious big brain of his for things other than inventing gadgets and concocting villainous plains. Maybe he could train his mind to use mental telepathy, or claivoyance, like sensing when Roxanne's in danger, or levitation, or...fix the hole in the ozone layer. The possibilities are endless...

Ooooh yes! I know what you're talking about! :D It's like how my glasses have adjustments in the lenses for a stigmatism, at at first they seemed awful but now that my eyes have adjusted, everything seems normal. :3

That IS a very good idea, It'd be fun to play with that idea somehow n__n
