Facebook info taken by government

Just in case anybody is wondering, under the Patriot Act the government can access personal information on Facebook that one can request to keep private or viewable only by friends-- this is probably true with LJ etc toohttp://www.lsus.edu/career/

I don't believe it. Very sketchy story.

Not that we shouldn't be worried about the USA PATRIOT act, but I need more proof regarding this.

I was reading about this article on some other websites, and apparently the site it says it's from, NACE Spotlight Online, has nothing on it.
