It's just occured to me...that it's now September 11th.

Hats off. We're still deep in shit, but it's the kind being caused at home now. I hope you all have a great anniversary, or simply a great day if you choose not to think of it as the former option.

I suppose I'll sleep now.

My Dad said it's going to be like the JFK assassination of his generation.

Where were YOU when you found out about the events of September 11th?

I was at home getting ready for work, when Rich called me (it was early morning) and had me go to the TV to check the news channels. I know exactly what I was wearing, but that's just because I was getting ready to go to work, so I was wearing my Canadian Tire shirt and black pants.

I was actually in my history class. The dean of students came in and spoke real quick with the teacher. We had plans to turn on the television and watch the news in there, but we didn't get CNN(which is pretty much the only channel my school gets at all).

I didn't actually learn precisely what happened(I knew some planes had flew into buildings, but that was the extent of my knowledge) until my last period of the day. :\

I was in U.S. Government and Economics, and we were all sitting around, waiting for class to start, when the phone rang and the teach picked it and talked a bit. Not like many of us noticed. He was on the phone with another teacher, Ms. Newnum (I loved her classes. n_n ), who had seen it on CNN. So he gets up and turns it on right quick, and there we saw it. I think we watched the first tower burn, then the impact on tower two...we saw the whole thing through the whole day, Pentagon, the Pennsylvania crash, Bush's speeches...classes pretty much just, suspended...
