The blonde-haired man stood next to one of the several trees located in the center of the rather large park. There were many things running through his mind. Most of the things involved his current situation. How had he come to be here? Was there any way to leave? Several people were saying that it was pointless to even try. Looking down at the device that he had found laying next to him not long after waking up, a sigh escaped his lips. This place was frustrating him, already. Scratching the back of his head while wrinkling his brow, Cloud's mind went to Zack and, despite his best efforts not to think about it, ... his mind went to the last things that happened while Zack was alive. A sudden sinking feeling hit him in his stomach. Closing his eyes, he glanced back at the device as though waiting for... something ( ... )

Zack continued smiliong, until he noticed the look. Oh, that look made him drop the smile just a tad. "Cloud. It's okat! Whatever happened I'm here now and I won't go away this time! Maybe you talking was just a momentary fluke... but your eyes are lively and filled with emotion so that's doubted... hmmm."

Then it occurred to him. The other grinned and pinched one of Cloud's cheeks. "Come on! Snap out of it. We're supposed to be celebrating!!"

The blonde blinked a moment as his cheek got pinched, before frowning just a little. Deciding that worrying Zack was the last thing he wanted to do, Cloud made a quick decision to stop sulking over what had happened, at LEAST, for now. He was here, now, right? Enjoying it while it lasted would be the wiser decision... right? With a sigh, Cloud scratched the back of his head and looked to the ground, before nodding.

"You're right. ... Sorry. And no, that was no fluke."

Another smile appeared, this time of simple pure happiness. Sure it was a bit dorky, but all signs led to him missing Cloud bad enough to be willing to do this, to meet Cloud and want him to be fine. That was all he wanted. Cloud's safety. Apparent right now there weren't many safe places for any of them to be. "I'm glad. I've missed you."

A hand went to the unarmored shoulder, gripping it lightly. "I'm so glad you're okay now..." Azure eyes filled with slight sadness, though he continued to smile. "I didn't think you would ever get better..."
