Sokka watched the dot on the map carefully, so he wouldn’t get lost. This place was still very confusing to him, it not being like anything from his won world. Like it was farther ahead than his world. Apparently people could still bend here though, which did not make him happy.
But the thought of seeing Naminé cheered him up a bit. Katara didn’t know abut her yet, or so he hoped. He couldn’t live with being teased about her. Not that it would bother him, but it wouldn’t be fair to Naminé.
Naminé turned when she heard her name. Her smile grew a bit as she saw him coming nearer. "Sokka!" she greeted him back, walking toward him.
Sometimes, Naminé felt like it was a dream that she'd wake up from any moment. Or that Sokka wasn't real, that he was just a figment of her imagination. After all, being stuck in that castle for so long had made her feel as if she didn't deserve any of this.
Her smile just made his own grow more. In this place, he had at least one thing to look forward to. Sokka was still an idiot, and bound to embarrass himself in some way soon, but for now he was just a rather caring guy.
Taking her hand, he turned towards the town. “Come on! I found this place with really good food!” he chirped, stomach rumbling in agreement.
Surprisingly, Naminé found she was blushing as he took her hand. She had to get used to this, definitely, but Naminé didn't mind at all. Sokka was important to her. Naminé nodded.
"I-I'm hungry, too." Come to think of it, Naminé was actually very hungry.

When he saw her, he sped up. “H-Hey!”
