Axel didn't know how to react to this sudden reappearance from his friend. He felt slightly betrayed that once again he would just leave him like this. It wasn't the first time. He should have figured it wouldn't be the last. He glared slightly down at the directions, but he knew that inside he couldn't just leave his friend out alone like this. Friend? Maybe. He wasn't so sure about what they were now. He sighed and created a dark portal to where Roxas' location was. He stood, looking into the darkness, not knowing what to expect. It could've been a trap, but he was willing to take the bait if it allowed to see him one more time. He walked through the portal that sent him to Uhr Wald. He looked around with his piercing green eyes, and a glimpse of yellow hair caught his attention.
Roxas was still looking down at the ground, but he had the sudden feeling that something or someone was there. When he looked up, he caught sight first of the green eyes, as always, then the red hair. His breath caught for a moment before he stood up and rushed over the Axel. It wasn’t planned, but he threw his arms around him and nuzzled the taller boy, mumbling “I’m sorry!” over and over again. When he finally did stop, he looked up, blue eyes brimming with tears. “I missed you…”
Axel was caught off guard by the sudden embrace and he looked down at the boy. His anger seemed to alleviate immediately at the touch. He couldn't help but feel suckered into this and he felt his face redden slightly. He ruffled the younger Nobody and sighed a bit, trying not to tear up as well. 'Emotions' didn't seem possible to possess to him, but maybe.. it was all a lie. He gave a small smirk as he looked down at the boy. "What the hell are you blubberin' about?" He asked. "You idiot.." He mumbled as he bent down and kissed the top of his head. "I missed you so damn much.." His voice sounded a little hurt. He didn't like him leaving. After the first time, back in the Organization, he didn't want it to happen again.
“I wanted to tell you where I was going…” he sobbed a bit, “But you would have stopped me!” Roxas blushed a bit after saying that and looked down. He did want Axel with him from the start, but he didn’t really know what the other thought about. If he wanted to leave this world, stay here, help destroy Zeit. It wasn’t like he could read Axel’s mind. But he knew that he was happy Axel showed up at all. He hugged him again, relishing in the warmth the other always exuded, feeling a lot better than he had in weeks.
