I got two letters today. Well, two letters that stood out against the usual fanmail and chocolate and flowers I usually get. One was a parchel with nothing in it except a picture I used in my portfolio back in my modeling days. And how someone could have gotten his hands on that is way besides me

When you end a letter with 'please take care of yourself', doesn't it hint that you have to take care of yourself because something might happen? I might be reading too much into to it, I don't know.
