Name: Jackie
Age: (No under 13s - sorry!) 18
Three adjectives that describe you: head strong, confident, maternal
Hobbies and talents: mostly hand crafts like crocheting, knitting, and weaving, but I'm also good at needle-point, and things like making jewelry. I can play the guitar, I'm a swimmer, and do Kendo and Kickboxing at my school.
Dreams and ambitions: hmmm to get out of school and become an English teacher. After that I want to marry someone and have children. Only two though. More than that I think is too many.
Favourite colour: Green or Purple or black. Just not all at once.
Pet peeves: (honors college gives you alot of pet peeves)people who correct the professor people who don't know the meaning of "thirsty thursday is a good way to kill your average", posing for pictures, the silent majority(the people in the United States who never speak up about their beliefs in the government), extremists, chauvenists, feminists, elitists, predictability, cliches, bad manners, and rude people, and ANIMAL CRUELTY.
One book that means a lot to you: (and why) I've never really read a book that's touched me, but I have read amazing books that I can't forget. The Mists of Avalon, Memoirs of a Geisha, Where the Red Fern Grows, A Short History of Nearly Everything, etc etc. I like alot of books.
One film that means a lot to you: (and why) Enough, with Jennifer Lopez in it. Throughout that movie she was being chased by a controlling husband who hit her and terrorized her child, and in the end, she got him back for it by beating the living daylights out of him. Lol. I would do the exact same thing, especially to defend my child.
One song that means a lot to you: (and why) (cliche) Existentialism on Prom Night by Straylight Run...
Sing me something soft
Sad and delicate
Or loud and out of key
Sing me anything
We're glad for what we've got
Done with what we've lost
Our whole lives laid out
Right in front of us
If you could go back in time and live the past again, would you do it differently? Not at all. We all learn from our mistakes, and every one of them is a valuable lesson.
Are you outgoing or reserved? mostly outgoing, but if I have nothing to say to you I won't bother, in other words I'm not a wallflower, but I won't talk if I have nothing to say to you.
Is the glass half full or half empty? half full. I'm a realist, not a pessimist
Strengths: Physical and Emotional stength, involved, intelligent, confident, trustworthy, laid-back, witty, creative, passionate, headstrong, athletic, mature, motivated, not afraid to speak her mind, thoughtful.
Weaknesses: Critical(especially of myself), opinionated, quick-tempered, stubborn, never asks for help, even when she knows she needs it.
And finally, please post a few clear photos of yourself if you have any: (OPTIONAL)
I don't have any photos of myself(due to crappy broken cameras, but I'll post some later). I'll try to explain what I look like the best I can...
female, 5'2'', mahogany brown hair that reaches to my shoulders and side swept bangs., HUGE deep brown eyes( I have problems with contacts lol), relatively pretty(if I do say so myself), athletic build, blah blah blah, pretty average weight. Broad shoulders(not manish, but muscular) from swimming and lifting swords.
I wear jeans with everything. High heels, tunic sweaters, hoodies and boots, everything. I always wear earrings, and I like to look for interesting ones. I'm kinda a scenester throwback, but not really, though I get mistaken for one all the time. It's kinda really annoying, seeing as how I grew out of that two years ago...<.<
