I guess for me it might be the expanded privacy. Sigh. In my dorm, I can hear the guy next door snoring when I am up at 2:oo AM or 5:oo AM studying. O_o

Oh, I definitely can sympathize on that front! (Living with three other people and a group of four guys living next door... and somehow my room has been designated a common area.)
