I was talking to Zoe a few days ago, and I don't remember the conversation exactly, but we started talking about planes and how there's the plane most people exist in, and then there's this other one, the unpeopled one, and how we get stuck in the second one, even when we're actually, physically around other people.  I've been thinking about it, my ( Read more... )

I feel like as a kid I felt uncomfortable going anywhere without someone I already knew, sort of like a security blanket. But this school year I realized how much I enjoy my alone-time (:. In fact I've become comfortable with being alone. My 18-year old self lacked that confidence.

It is kind of exhausting to be surrounded constantly by people, though fun also.

Can't wait to hear some stories ^^.

I definitely agree, spending time always around people can be so draining. Especially in college, I think, it's hard because you've always got to be "on," personality-wise.

And I promise to divulge a few stories. ;D
