Today in math class, I learned the difference between "hence" and "whence."

And now I'm sitting on Allison's bed writing angry signs on construction paper with Marjorie to vent our frustrations.

It's been a draining few days, and I feel shaken to my core in emotional upheaval.  It is very cold and wet outside, and I feel very much like reading Camus.

I really like listening to the Dark Knight soundtrack when I'm doing really mundane things.  It adds a whole new level of excitement to my life; I feel less like I'm reading a 19th century novel written in blank verse and more like The Joker has big plans to murder me.

It's funny to think that we're almost halfway through first semester.  It doesn't really matter - there's still a half left and second semester and three more years - but I always get nervous when I feel like I'm rapidly approaching a time deadline.  And, strangely enough, I'm very torn about switching rooms next semester.  I really want to have a ( Read more... )

I feel surprisingly good, considering that it's three in the morning and that I have a huge paper due in seven hours, which is only a third of the way written.  It's about sexxxxxxxx in an elevator.  Marginally.
