Does this not make sense?

There is this guy I've been friends with since I got to Okinawa. We've hung out many times, we've had a few "deep" conversations, and overall I would say we were good friends. He made a Myspace page a few months ago and put most of us on his "top 8." When Lisa got here, he quickly made sure to get friendly with her, and now I'm off his top friends ( Read more... )

My vote is 'justified.' Granted, I'm not married, nor do I know your wife; however, the guy sounds really shady. Even if he is a really nice person (supposedly). It seems like she was a bit defensive, but at the same time make sure you're not being overly aggressive when you confront her about it either. Yes, it upsets you, but it's much easier to get your point across when you can control yourself.

I mean no insult by any of this, it's been a long time since I've seen you; so take it as an outsider's opinion and do what you want with it. :)

Totally justified, buddy. Have you tried approaching him about it? I know, probably not your forte, but still...

She says, "fine, I'll just take him off and never talk to him again."

Well, how did she say this? Sarcastically? If she said it like that, then, yeah, she's being defensive. You have to try and see it from her point of view, though! To her, this guy is just a nice person. She doesn't see him like you do, and she may just think you're being jealous. I say just bring it up to her once more, calmly, and if she reacts the same way, all you can do is shrug and say "I tried". As crappy as that is.
