THAT'S CAUSE IT NEVER EXISTED! They just filmed it at Area 51 with the plan that they would one day "loose track" of it before people realized that the background looked a lot like a scrim. Humans have never landed on the moon, it's just a hoax set up by the government. Just like Communism, Medicare, and Weapons of Mass Destruction, they're all red herrings!
