That sounds like a good way to deal with this kid. I really think it is an odd nickname. I honestly think this kid is watching too much porn and think it is appropriate or something to call women this or else it is the MTV culture (why not we blame MTV for everything lol) for showing women in such a poor light. You should just show him the "midgets." He will be so dumbfounded that he actually got to see real ones, he wont be able to speak for at least a month. :)
