So about that workspace...
It needs to be in a spot that's secluded enough that no one will be around too often. My work produces radiation. I don't want that leaking out. Unless we can modify whatever space we find with insulation. It doesn't have to be big, just safe.

The materials, though, I can definitely get my hands on. But I'll need somewhere to put them. So it's a bit of a conundrum.
