Breakfast: eggs, sausage
Lunch: salad
Dinner: rice and corn

Small question. I've been eating breakfast for a week, which is like a record for me. I do feel much more energized throughout the day, but does it actually help you lose weight? I hear it all the time...

And do you yourself eat breakfast, and feel like you're losing weight?

Well I always hear that about breakfast too, but today is my first day of eating breakfast [not ever...but you know]

I am going to eat breakfast for a week and see how I do with it, and ill let you know something!

Do you think eating breakfast food for dinner counts? :P haha, just kidding. I really like eating breakfast now, it's a good booster for those 8:30 lectures!

and i wish biscuits, eggs, bacon, and gravy were a healthy breakfast...

Aw, you go to UF? I'm from Florida, so many of my friends went there. I moved to Massachusetts, but I'm so ready to move back home.

I'm also trying the breakfast eating thing so I'll let you know how it goes.

Well don't move back any time soon, the weather sucks. It's all cold and rainy :( lol
