I haven't updated this thing since my Birthday. I knew it had been awhile but I had no idea it had been that long. Life is good, busy as always. We leave for Spokane for Christmas this Thursday. I am looking forward to some much needed R and R. Also looking forward to seeing the nieces and nephews. Still working on my music I guess I just don't

Thanks Karla. I have a love hate relationship with LJ. I've written what I feel are amazing significant posts on here and have had them ignored and, as the name implies LJ is more set up to be a journal, a daily account of everyday life and I don't really posses the ability to make those types of posts interesting. But as I said I've met some really cool people here including my wife so I hang onto it like an old tattered photo album.

I guess it is all in how you use it and what your expectations are. I too have posted things that were thought-out and profound, and not gotten responses - then I get tons of responses to my silly stuff.

Ultimately for me, LJ is my daily spiritual writing practice, the place I park all my writing, some "private", some "Friends Only" - I'm not here so much for the interaction, however I do enjoy it.
