Thank you - I wish I could claim some kind of divine talent, but mostly I just muddle through until I figure I have something I like. Give me the same raw files another day an who knows what might have become of them. ;)

wow - thanks! Every time I see your images pop up on my Flickr friends page I gasp at how lovely they are. Here we are nearly sharing the same flora and fauna and you have an entirely different look and feel - not to mention one I admire a great deal.

For your macro shots, do you have a dedicated macro lens?

and no, so far no macro lens...i have so many lenses i am dying to get. right now i just have my standard rebel xt kit lens(18-55mm f/3.5-5.6) and a telephoto zoom (75-300mm f/4-5.6).

anytime i do macros i opt to shoot with my little powershot a620. phenomenal macro function built in :)

I totally adored 2,3 and 4. You have a beautiful eye of the photography and you've got the great sense of color too.
