intake:
60+ oz. of water = 2 points
0-100kcals = 6 points
101-200 = 5
201-300 = 4
301-400 = 3
401-500 = 2
501-600 = 1
>600 = 0
output:
20+ minutes of any type of exercise (but you've got to at least break a sweat) = 2 points
We are going to tally points for six days out of the week. You can have anywhere from 0 to 10 points in a day (so 60 a week), and then you get one day, whichever day of the week you want, off.
The winner at the end of the month will get a prize, which I haven't decided entirely on yet... but I'm thinking like a $20 giftcard to a clothing store or something. I know its not much... but I don't want to ask for donations to make it more, or for each of us to cough up like $5, because I wouldn't send money to someone I only know online, so I wouldn't ask you to do it.
Each day I would like you to at least post your total points so far, even if you have nothing else to say. Post them as a fraction, i.e. 8/10 at the end of today if you only got 8 points out of a possible ten. Just ask if you have any questions okay? I love you all and wish you the best of luck. xoxo
