Soooo not good today.

I don't even want to think about how many calories, definitely over 600. *Sigh* Well, at least it was all fruits and veggies and healthy stuff. = 0 points

Loads of water = 2 points.

Exercise = 0 points because I've had super bad cramps all day.

Tomorrow will definitely be better since I'm going to the gym with my flatmate and I'm always nauseous when I first start my period so I shouldn't be eating much at all.
