[Paradisa] Five Times Anya Didn't Get York Out of His Armor, and one time she did.

The First

"Won't the sand get in there?" Anya asked, from her reclined position on the beach towel. Propped up on her elbows, she glanced to her friend, seated in a beach chair complete with umbrella granting him a bit of shade. "It has to, at least, be really warm in there."

"It's temperature regulated, it's a cool sixty-eight in here."

Sighing, Anya pouted, "I still think the sand isn't good for it. Heck I'm in a two piece, and I know the sand isn't good for it, or me. I'll have sand everywhere by the end of the day."

"Want me to get you some armor?"

Scowling Anya moved to lie down completely, folding her arm over her eyes, shielding it from the sun.

"It'd help with the sun too."

"I'm fine."

The Second

"Quick! York! I need you to remove all of your armor! Right this instant! There's some horrible toxin that is eating metal in the air!"

"Anya. It appears your earrings and pendant are fine."

"Thanks, Delta." Anya sighed, turning around and moving back down the hallway, "Killjoy."

The Third

"The Sanctuary Spell is in place, I've set the alarm, there's even a motion detector outside the hallway. You're safe. I wouldn't want to hurt you, or let you get hurt. You're one of my best friends, and I care about you. I just miss... seeing you. Just this once, I swear I won't ask for at least two months!"

York tilted his head, turning around, What do you think D?"

"Her reports are accurate, and I think she is telling the truth about not asking again."

Anya nodded, trying to prove her earnest.

A ghost moved the dresser, finishing up a request she made earlier in the month. Way to fail ghost.

In moving the dresser, a lamp fell off the top of it, crashing to the ground.

York shook his head, "Sorry Anya. No dice."

Anya sighed, "Thanks Paradisa."

The Fourth

"Please?"

"What happened to not asking for two months?"

"You didn't remove your armor!"

"We're sorry, Anya, but your agreement, wasn't pending on completion of the act."

"Delta!"

The Fifth

"It's been horrible," Anya nodded, resting her head to York's shoulder. A gloved hand rested to the side of her head, for a moment, trying to be comforting. "I'm so glad you're here."

Sighing she rested her own hand, atop of York's armor, she knew that he'd been through a lot, and despite her best efforts, she wasn't prying anymore. Shutting her eyes, she figured, at the very least, that at least they were still there. Neither of them had left the castle, leaving the other behind. Sighing, Anya shifted against York, trying to get comfortable, not that it was an easy task, it was one that she was used to though.

Taking in a deep breath, she let it out slowly, only opening her eyes when she felt bare fingers curling around her own hand, lifting her arm to ease her up off of him. Sitting up beside him, Anya watched as York removed his helmet. It had been so long since she'd seen him, really seen him, that she couldn't help but smile. York, dropped his head a bit, but Anya leaned forward, pressing two fingers beneath his chin, lifting his head so she could look at him.

"I won't let you get hurt, you're too important to me, York." Leaning in, Anya brushed a soft kiss to his mouth, pulling back a bit with a curious look, "You're going to take the rest of it off too, right?"

York laughed, but Anya didn't find anything funny about her question.

"Give me a second here, Anya."

"I'm not going anywhere," Anya replied, beaming at him.

The Sixth

"You know it'll help your balance." Anya tilted her head, looking at York on the floor. "If you didn't have so much weight to displace, from your armor, it'd really make a difference."

Offering her hand, she helped him get back to his feet, and away from the scene of the incident.

"Honestly, you've taken it off before, and it's been almost six months."

"We removed it for intimate relations, Anya. This is hardly intimate."

"Delta, it's not intimate, but still fun." Anya gestured toward the others, "See? They're having a lot of fun!"

"It's the Limbo..."

"Exactly! The Fun Limbo!"

"We don't see the correlation between those two words."

"Obviously."
