I am in so much pain right now

My toothache has come back again. but i cant go to the dentist cause our insurance is up for this year. BLEH its hella throbbing and it wakes me up at night. Ive been popin pills like no other, but i am totally taking a lot more doses in a day then i should be. BUT IT HURTS...i have an ice pack on it right now and i dont want to go to class that
