I got into One Piece a few weeks ago! I finished watching the anime first and then got into the manga, he he. The Sky Island arc was a little dreary for me, to be completely honest.

I'm in the same boat as you when it comes to the ZoSan pairing. I'm not really fond of it, but I really don't hate it, either. ZoLu is quite possibly the most adorable pairing there is, but many people don't seem to like it!

Smoker and Ace are like a match made in heaven to me! The fact that they're so different from one another is what sort of sets it up for me, I suppose.

Wow! I admire you for getting into One Piece so quick! XD I'm terribly slow. I tried watching the anime, but I'd started with the manga and got lost as to where to start.

I'm glad you feel the same way pairings wise! ZoSan's okay, but it's also been done a lot. And ZoLu is so cute. And Smoker and Ace, I have to agree, were totally made for each other. The fact they're so different and still seem to fit together is what makes them appealing. :)
