Don't think so! Though given his tendency to meet Sophie's people (and the people that interact with her people), he'll probably wind up meeting Robin eventually.
Kal semi-registers as Kon and Buffy's kid. Fran hasn't run into him in a while.
Kon has made a better impression on Fran of late. Fran's still pretty skeptical of Kon's attempts to "reform" Clark -- he has a major ping for free will, and that was one of their major interactions -- but Kon seems like a decent guy, all told.
Francescu respects Minagawa's skill in voodoo and cooking both, and finds him pleasant company. It's not really a complicated relationship, and fortunately all of Fran's people are smart about the kitchen and so are unlikely to be cursed. :Db
Clark was Francescu's first friend and is still one of his closest, even though they don't hang out onscreen as much as they used to. (He's still saving that neon sign, though. O Clark.) He was sort of hoping that Clark and Christine would hit it off; he thought he'd be good for her. Really, though, this

Good opinion in general! Francescu doesn't really consider Watari a friend yet, but he comes with some powerful recommendations, and they've interacted positively when they've interacted, so it's really a matter of time. That whole "adopted cast" thing doesn't hurt either.
Fran is...not sure whether he approves of Max or not! He probably would, if Sophie wasn't so stressed, but a lot depends on whether or not she causes his sister to be hurt. But, y'know, other than that she seems to be making a good impression thus far -- he's also intentionally keeping the weirdness (Hi, I'mma wizard!) leashed, so as not to make her uncomfortable and thus make things worse for Sophie.
Shuichi has a mildly positive impression, mostly by proxy.
Not much has changed, honestly! Swift is still someone that Fran likes and trusts, even with the affairs of his heart, and would go to significant lengths to help or protect. He's happy that Swift is having an actual positive family reunion, and is interested in getting to know Ty better. Also someday they should bitch about Velaxis. :Db
Jak is someone Fran sees as reliable and sensible, and someone he trusts at his back. He respects Jak's boundaries and assumes Jak will respect his, and they can snark with each other and get along well and kick a hell of a lot of ass together. A++. (He'll be glad that Jak was just asleep this absence, and not on fire or stuck with a doomchicken or whatever.)
Need to actually meet Virg--wait, they have met, very briefly. No impression other than large demonic power. Reserving judgement.
I've seen some of Excel Saga but not enough, sadly. Someday I shall rectify this.
Got your back to magic man. And yes, I figured that it would be too cruel, even by my standards, to subject Jak to another round of nightmarish fantasyrealms. That's why I gave that to Vergil instead. And yes, Jak still thinks Fran is awesome with the magic and the handwaves and the doomsday spells.
Ah, you see, Vergil will be a participant in Loveless Weekend. And Youji and Natsuou has expressed great interest in meeting him and his brother... and knowing us, it won't be a friendly meeting. At all.
