I would say really sick and miss school.
Being slightly sick and at school is actually worse than being really sick. At least if you're at home, you can sleep it off, watch movies, eat soup and do whatever.
I got a 1600/2400 on my PSAT this year.
I'm proud of myself--i had a 900 last time i took it (then again, that was out of 1600..but whatever)

hope you feel okay, even though you're not sick right now.
