i think palindrome may be my new favorite word. it used to be polyp, more for the reference to marine biology than cancer, but polyp has had a good run and i think it may be time for something new

i lived in tulsa, OK for nine years, kansas city, KS for five, charlotte,NC for five, orange county for 3 and LA for .5. so far. i plan on leaving CA after i graduate UCLA because i will then be hitting the five year mark which is my traditional cue for departure. that and i dont care much for California culture.
whenever tulsa emerges in conversation it is for the most random attributes: an unheard of neo-pixies band, larry clark and his book "Tulsa" and its HUGE meth problem, or palindromes.
danke ryan! i doubt i'll ever actually finish it, but it will be between 45-60 pages complete by dec. 17, so that's at least something. if you're interested in reading the whole thing, i'd be happy to send it along, with perhaps only a small disclaimer attached...
