Omg. I was so afraid that this was abandoned. Thank you so much for offering us closure in this verse. I'm happy that Blaine got the help he needed and that the boys were finally able to move on. This last chapter was bittersweet-- I was so happy to see the boys growing but so sad to know that it was over.

I still think of this fic as the most bountiful and profuse fountain of blangst ever written in the entire fandom, and that's really saying something considering how many wonderful Glee authors have written angsty!Blaine in such voluminous profusion, and rendered in such beautiful dimensions the full potential of the pain that Blaine can experience. For those of us who truly appreciate the unique beauty of Blaine tears, and who understand the exquisite loveliness that a sad Blaine can capture better than any other portrait, this fic offered just about everything in one story: PTSD!Blaine, rape, abusive father, protective!Hummels, comforting Kurt, Blaine joining the Hudmel family, Blaine having guilt and self esteem issues, Blaine being adorably watched over and protected by his friends…. Guh! It was all so, so good. Like mainlining Blangst directly into my bloodstream ( ... )
