Oh, RYAN!

With that first picture, I think there's some photographic magic going on. I mean, I think Ryan is in the foreground for a reason.

I love it when Ryan dresses like a lumberjack!

And when he, um, "dances."

Tell me you got audio of "slow and sticky"? If not, I will.

And then Ryan dances with the band and the shot pulls back to reveal that Ry is dancing on the Creole Queen.

I loved the whole sequence with Ryan's new Giant Accountant Husband :-)

Oh, man. That is deeply sad.
The whole John Wayne's dad thing... man, I don't know. Ryan was such a pro the whole time and it really showcased his extraordinary ability to be friendly and connectable to anyone and everyone and just all things to all people but the catch in watching Ryan being graceful in uncomfortable situations is that you have to watch Ryan in uncomfortable situations. And boy did that qualify.

Yeah, I think if I absolutely had to, I could maybe handle direct communication with Ryan if it was over the internet and text-based. That's about it. I would also run away if we had to be in actual live and in person physical proximity.

Have you seen Hollywood week yet? I think of you every time Ryan is onscreen.

I think every episode needs to have Ryan getting picked up or fondled or cried on.

Also, I think he's more adorable than ever and I didn't think that was possible.

I've always enjoyed him with Simon, but he seems happier. I need to know why. Is it someone else? Is it Joel?

No Hollywood yet; this is as far as I've caught up so far. It'll probably be 2 weeks before I can do the Hollywood batch. :-/

I was very unimpressed with the amount of Ryan manhandling going on at the start, but it picked up later. People lifting Ryan off the ground (or the much rarer Ryan carrying other people around) will never get old.

I'm pretty sure that Ryan's adorableness is both increasing and infinite. *g*

First of all, I want to say how AWESOME this post is. Thank you so much for doing this. I came across it a couple of days ago, and the timing was perfect, because I REALLY needed a pick-me-up. My dreams of seeing Ryan and Simon reunited on the US version of X-Factor had just been crushed, and that realization had been preceded by the new batch of Ryan-and-Julianne-looking-so-in-love articles stemming from their recent New York photo op. Even the one article headline I had gotten excited about that proclaimed Ryan and Julianne's love was "unreal" turned out to be a major disappointment when I discovered that the author's idea of "unreal" was drastically different than my idea of "unreal."

So, again, thanks. :-)

And now, just a few notes....

Ryan is completely overcome with joy and clings to his new husband.

You missed the part where Giant Accountant Husband totally grabs Ryan's ass. And Ryan never missed a beat.

Aw! I was so sad when Giant Accountant Husband got cut.

Um... I started writing up a response to the John Wayne's dad stuff but I just don't feel like dealing with him anymore, especially now that I've seen the next batch of eps and know we're done with him for good. But "word" to everything you said.

This is why your screencaps are so awesome, because I would never have noticed this logo placement otherwise.Hee! Thanks! Funny thing is, for that pic and a few others, I knew I had a several-second window to take a screencap and thought that any time during then would be fine to capture so I just took a pic without paying that much attention. And then only after when I was going through and labelling and writing did I actually look at what all I caught in a picture and found something extra/better than what I'd meant to get a pic of. Logo pic was totally unintentional and only after was I like "OMG WHY ARE THEY ( ... )
