That sounds awesome. And, in support of your sweet pepper plans, I would like to inform you that peanut butter and green pepper was a sandwich I grew up with.

I think it's a Finn Sandwich, not because of the particular ingredients, but because of the thought processes prescribed to be applied in the making. Deep thoughts into the type of toasting, consideration of shaving over slicing, pondering the pedigree of both cucumbers and tasty peanut spreads of choice, all seem required for it to be a true Finn Sandwich. If you can't taste the cognition, it did not come from *your* kitchen!

I didn't have anything hippy-approved in my apt. to make the sandwich with, but I did my best to think lofty thoughts whilst I made it. Sure, ginger powder seems a lot lamer than fresh ginger shavings, but you can mix it into the honey really well.

The black pepper was really a nice touch. I added cashews because I like them and had them, and I thought it worked out well.

Very tasty and satisfying.
