At the request of both the husband and my mother, here is a list of items I wouldn't object to suddenly appearing in my life.

I've been wanting one of those microbe plushies since forever. They're the most adorable things ever! While its design isn't the most exciting, I'd have to choose the Plague for myself; I have fond memories of... Developing paranoia of it since childhood and having nightmares about it with regular intervals for years. Huh. Also I liek things medieval.

So yeah. I think you've introduced me to a site where I can actually find things I like that aren't books. My parents are lucky it's too late for me to write a Christmas list...

I love ThinkGeek. One of my favourite non-book sites. And the plushie microbes are wonderful--I've already got a yellow amoeba and a brain cell, and the husband has the common cold. We have a local store that sells a bunch of them, but they don't sell the bookworm, so I can't purchase it locally.

I tend to like medieval things, myself.

Hee, ThinkGeek! I love, love, LOVE that site!

(Gave my son a braincell plushie just when he was about to start final exams at school; that way, he could honestly claim he'd had at least ONE braincell on hand! For the record, he loved the idea. :P)

Yep, it's definitely one of the best sites out there for cool, funky, and sometimes even useful stuff!

(Oh, I do like that idea! Makes perfect sense!)

Icould spend a fortune on their shirts ... and funky gadgets. :) I used to threaten my son with giving him one of the ThinkGeek alarm clocks -- the one you have to chase, or the one that 'explodes' under your mattress, or the one where you need to solve a math problem before it stops ... *evil snicker*

Oh, goodness, does that ever make two of us! I've considered getting my mother one or more of those alarm clocks, given the trouble she has getting up!

...those microbe plushies are evil. I might have to buy one for Jen because they have STDs and she'd find that HILARIOUS.

:D

Oh, yes, they are! We've got a yellow ameba, the common cold, and a brain cell, at the moment.

I want to give all the VDs to Jen. :P And I could probably use a brain cell or two...

I'm STARVING. Why don't we have enough milk for cereal. ;__;

*giggles*

I want them all, at some point. And I, too, could use several brain cells, too!

Hmm...don't know. I like almond milk. Want to try rice milk, too.
