Totally love this! And sorry I couldn't beta sooner (bad day yesterday), but I wanted to tell you it is awesome! You really write these characters well. Thanks for taking the suggestion and running with it. :)

And thanks to the person who made the suggestion that spawned this piece of delicious fluffy feelings. ^^

Don't appologize. I still read through your edits and they were very helpful. I was just being impatient about wanting to get the story out there before the holiday was long forgotten. Thank you for taking the time to read through it for me.

Aw. I especially love the ferret gambit. :-) You got the level of sentiment just right for this pair.

I appreciate that. Thank you. It was hard to wrap my head around a touchy-feely holiday for these two.

They really don't lend themselves to it. I appreciate it when authors incorporate their personalities into their tokens of affection. My absolute favorite fluffy snippet involves Sherlock tracing chemical formulas on John's skin - spelling out some of the main chemicals associated with love. A very intimate (and more to the point: appropriate) sort of love letter.

Thanks. I don't know how many times I read a fic and just want to throw a shoe at the monitor and tell them to just talk to each other already.
