I did that years ago and never looked back. Don't see any reason for keeping it around (also set to friends-only posts, anyone else gets moderated).

I'd turn off anon posting on general principles.

I think I've used "anon is screened" as my default, but as mine's almost entirely f-locked I guess the anon posters don't get much opportunity. I also figure that "minimise search-engine access" is a good idea.
