Home for an adult cat

Well the time has come for me to try and find a new home for one of my cats. She is a sweet affectionate cat who tends to get a bit skittish if around other cats. However she is also 14 in good health other than a UTI that is currently being treated. I am asking for assistance of any kind (pointing me towards a service where they focus on getting
