In the words of the immortal Dylan Moran, I hate him so much it gives me energy.  I have to get up early in the morning to hate him.

He is horrendous, in a horrendous type of way.  More to the point, and much more difficult for a tenant to deal with, he's stupid.  I don't mean that cruelly, or nastily, but as an objective statement of fact.  The man
