I hate the peppy, happy music

My five-year-old kindergarten student has decided that he can only do his homework -- homework?  In kindergarten?  (Back in my day, the schools were lucky the kids from the hill routes could sit without drooling much) -- when listening to music.

In particular:  Polkas.

Now, I know the Shmenge Brothers let the world know that Polkas are the universal

Awh, I kinda like polka music. It reminds me of all those family get togethers when an uncle would play a squeeze box and aunts and uncles would teach the kids how to dance.
