Okay everyone,

I'm putting another call out for artwork for The Keyhole Opera. I would like to request that the artwork is kept vague, as I do not like it when the illustrations dictate to the reader how to visualize the story. No faces, use general iconography or however you go about cooking up your imagery.

So are you looking for Surrealist / Expressionists type pieces, kind of like the original books cover?

That would be great. You aren't limited to that, but it would be totally awesome. So far there are 2 other illustrations in the book and they aren't expressionistic or surrealistic. They are a paper crown and an apple core in the grass for KING DANNY, and the back of a woman who is fishing in a pond, so anything goes. It's basically a free for all.
