I dreamed I was a fish or, more accurately, an aquatic mammal. I think I was a sort of dolphin but something was wrong. Amusingly and disturbingly wrong. When I looked at myself I was a basic dolphin with most of the face and teeth of a human. Wow, did it look weird when I smiled

I thought the dream was a pretty clear analogy for life. We're all swimming, not sure if we can breathe if we take a risk. Life can be a spinning vortex and while we all want to be in it we sometimes get tossed out.

It can be fun or terrifying or both.

Yes, an interesting analogy indeed...but it also had me thinking of the aquatic ape theory of evolution (which isn't one that I ever bought into particularly heavily, but I know several people, including my ol' buddy Scott, who did). :-) We actually used to have some quite heated arguments about it from time to time. Interesting stuff!
