Last night I leveled DRK from 1 to 11, with the help of FoV Refresh and Regen. ^^ I used a scythe the entire time, but it's currently very underleveled since I was also using a crossbow to speed things up. (I'm not used to my melee weapon being slower than my ranged.) Beating up on weak mobs is fun.

XD So I am going to guess you did some running around in East Sarutabaruta? Windy is my hometown, so I would never be found far from there unless I was vacationing ^^

Well, West Sarutabaruta to be precise (since that's where the Field Manual is, as well as the OP if I get really lazy). I'm originally Bastokan but I'm doing a stint as a Windurstian right now so I can earn CP to buy a Master Caster's Bracelets.

I've got a pile of gear for ya. Sets at lv10, lv15, lv21, lv30, lv40, and lv45. Plus lots of DEX and ACC gear.

Xedrik has offered me some gear, so I'll probably go with that.

Are there any particularly special pieces I should look out for?

What stats are most important: STR... DEX... ?

Depends on your race mostly. Elvaan have atrocious Dex, so I basically had dex+ gear out the wazoo. Just try to keep a nice balance of dex and strength gear. If you find yourself missing more than 80% or so, add more dex. :]
