So...this morning, we woke up to the sound of a random alarm. Evil, evil alarms. I'm sure you can all sympathize. Phoebe went to turn it off, but couldn't - very unfortunate. You know why?

the fire alarms in my building cue the sprinklers, which gush out 50 gallons of water in the first five minutes, and dont turn off until the firemen arrive. 50 gallons of slimy smelly stagnant water. And you cant touch the sprinklers themselves, either. or the pipes leading up to them. or anything at all.

we live in fear.

I sympathize with you and the alarm-ness. We have probably have had about four or five so far and one was because we were making popcorn and it was slightly smoking and the alarms are hypersensitive. And so one time we gave this girl a birthday party and we put a sparkler on her cupcake and right after we sang the song we were like "blow it out, quick!!" but luckily that time it didn't go off.

And not all boys are stupid. :) Just saying. Perhaps yeah.. you shouldn't live with them... but yeah.
