If you look at the outfit Kurt is wearing in the beginning of the episode when he and Finn are talking to Sue, and then later when he is sitting in Glee club arguing with Rachel... it just kind of looks like Blaine's jeans - they're rolled up at the bottom and they look a bit baggy on Kurt. It kind of looks like the jeans Blaine wore to Rachel's party, then - I think - in Night of Neglect. Also the top is so Blaine's style with the red stripes (but that's just something I read on tumblr). The jeans thing, though, I can totally see:)
